PROJECT DETAILS

I took part in involved completing the daily tasks as well as listening in on Dispatch phone calls. I also got the opportunity to shadow a probation officer and learn the important things that they get to do, as well as take a tour of the jail and observe the process of how someone gets booked in jail. This internship with the Boulder City police Department was a very knowledgeable experience, because there was plenty of different opportunities to see many different aspects of the criminal justice system in action.
